How does Yelloh! Village work?

The founder campsites are 100% shareholders in Europe Plein Air SA, which owns the Yelloh! Village brand. New campsites joining the chain are franchisees of the Yelloh! Village brand, and are subject to the same contractual conditions as all the network's campsites. In this respect Yelloh! Village undertakes to assist new campsites to achieve the quality norms specified by the Yelloh! Village group and, if necessary, to provide staff training.

How much does Yelloh! Village cost?

The cost of the franchise is 6% of the accommodation turnover. The cost of this franchise, the management of which is fully transparent, is all invested in actions associated with developing the brand.

Is my campsite eligible to become a Yelloh! Village?

Campsite owners who are looking to join the chain must have campsites which meet very specific criteria with regard to quality and quantity.
These aspects can be found in the Yelloh! Village quality charter.

We present some of them for illustrative purposes: 

  • Have a rating of 3*, 4* or 5* (or equivalent depending on the country); 
  • Have a natural or artificial aquatic area specific to these categories and free; 
  • Make available to users all services from the opening to the closing of the campsite; 
  • Enter their customer records in a common database and adhere to the brand's customer loyalty policy 
  • Offer  quality  accommodation
  • Ensure a landscape integration of the establishment. 
  • Have buildings with an architecture representative of the local heritage.
