Structure of the company
The company EUROPE PLEIN AIR SAS, whose capital amounts to €650,340, holds and operates the Yelloh! Village. The Yelloh! Village currently belongs to the founding members of the group. The shareholding consists exclusively of franchised campsites that defend the same interests as the establishments of other members.
